MY WIFE and I have just returned from a five-day break in Belgium booked with a local coach company.
Everything about the holiday was very good. However, it went pearshaped with the hotel. I understand you don't get five-star luxury for threestar money, but the rooms were a disgrace, basic cleanliness seemed to go by the wayside.
