Neil Hudgell says Hull KR will rise to the challenge set by the Rugby Football League as they bid to meet testing criteria to be awarded a Super League franchise.
Rovers are expected to be awarded a 'C' Licence - the bottom of three groups of clubs currently in Super League - based on the criteria laid down by the RFL, which will be used to judge the suitability of clubs for a franchise.See the full content of this document
