KIND-hearted managers of a Hull pub have left the job on a high note, donating hundreds of pounds of gifts to ill children.

For the past 11 months, John Carter and his dad Tony Carter, from the Rugby Tavern, Dock Street, city centre, have been fundraising for gifts for the Women's and Children's Ward at Hull Royal Infirmary.
