Summary
With reference to Mac Staveley's letter (November 9), I would like to challenge his sweeping statement about CT Plus "falling way short of the previous standard provided" by East Yorkshire Motor Services (EYMS). I wonder how much personal experience Mr Staveley has had of using this service which justifies his making such a comment?
I use the park and ride to travel to and from the city centre to work each day of the week and have done so for the past two years. While I would most certainly accept that EYMS did an excellent job when it was responsible for the park and ride, I would like Mr Staveley to give a thought to the feelings of the first-class team of drivers employed by CT Plus.See the full content of this document
