CAN IT possibly be that I am the only person who does not like the paintings by David Hockney reporting to be of East Riding scenes? His latest offering is a huge picture 15f by 40ft of Bigger Trees Near Warter, as with his other so-called East Riding scenes this could be anywhere, or rather nowhere, since the trees in question do not resemble the real thing in any way, shape or form!
