OVER the last three years, we at Hull Business Improvement District (Bid) have worked tirelessly to remove thousands of pieces of graffiti to deter and detect the 'taggers' who target the city centre. Cleanliness and street maintenance are both major elements of the work of the Hull Bid and we are delighted to have removed so many tags.
Last year we recorded, identified and removed more than 2,200 graffiti tags. A similar level is anticipated this year with nearly 1,000 already removed to date.See the full content of this document
