Chicken pasanda 50mins 2 teaspoons vegetable oil 1 large onion 2 cloves garlic, crushed 500g chicken breast, cut into chunks 1 tablespoon curry powder, mild 1 teaspoon coriander, dried 1 stock cube, make up to 400ml with hot water 25g coconut, desiccated 25g almonds, ground 25g sultanas 150g Greek yoghurt (zero per cent fat) 1 banana, sliced 1 pinch salt and black pepper, freshly ground 15g almonds, flaked 3 sprigs fresh coriander - Serves 4 - 8 ProPoints(R) values per recipe Heat the vegetable oil in a large saucepan. Add the onion and garlic and cook, stirring, for 4-5 minutes over a low heat. They should be soft and just lightly browned.

Add the chicken chunks and cook for another few minutes to seal them on the outside. Stir in the curry powder and ground coriander and cook for a few more seconds.
