HOUSING: Lee Parkinson has been appointed chief executive at Efficiency North, the Yorkshire and Humber regional social landlord consortia supported by the Homes And Communities Agency's National Change Agent programme.

Lee is the first to take the leadership role and will be responsible for the strategic and operational activities, reporting to the consortia's executive board.
