REGARDING Malcolm Fallen's earnings and final pay-off, I worked for KC for 36 years and hope I can give an informed opinion.
So much money has been thrown at the corporate image of the company and to what effect? Has the service improved, does the share price reflect the health of the company, has expenditure been justified? KC is now so far removed from "Hull Corporation Telephones" days that the home-grown company staffed by local employees is now lost in the mists of time.
