WHAT a depressing letter from Mr Oliver (May 26) who was held up for a few moments by a group of cyclists on his car journey.
On the odd occasion I happen to be driving along country lanes and come across a group of walkers, cyclists or horse riders, I will sit back and wait until it is safe to overtake, giving them a very wide berth as advised by the Highway Code.See the full content of this document
