Summary


WE try hard to avoid errors but, in the hectic process of producing a daily newspaper, mistakes or misinterpretations can slip through.

Our policy is to correct mistakes promptly and, where appropriate, to print a clarification or apology promptly and prominently. If you have a complaint about the editorial content of this newspaper write to the Editor, the Mail, Blundell's Corner, Beverley Road, Hull, HU3 1XS, or e-mail letters@mailnewsmedia.co.uk If you remain dissatisfied please contact the Press Complaints Commission (PCC) - a self-regulatory body established to uphold a Code of Practice, agreed by the industry, for all newspapers in the UK. The PCC offers a fast, free and fair service, seeking to resolve your complaint quickly and amicably.
