Summary
WHAT does Hull City Council do with its fortnightly collections of our new blue bin, which we put practically everything in and continue with our weekly collection of our black bin, which in our case contains only toilet paper? We will be putting ours out every three or four weeks now there is next to nothing in it. We are a husband and wife. God help hard-up families who stick to the council's rigid composting regime.
