Cleanliness & comfort Walking in to the salon in Hallgate, Cottingham, the front reception area was small and cosy, but the salon actually goes back quite a long way.

My treatment room was warmed to a nice temperature, with soft comfy towels on the bed and relaxing mood lighting. All very pristine. Staff attentiveness My therapist was very friendly and chatty. As a new customer, she went through the usual general health questions before asking me why I had booked in for that particular treatment.
