The Government is introducing Home Information Packs (HIPs) on June 1, 2007 to improve home buying and selling and as part of wider reforms to cut carbon emissions from homes.
The pack will be compiled by, or on behalf of, the seller and will contain essential information on the property being sold. All prospective buyers will then have access to this information to help inform their decisions.See the full content of this document
