Use a bit of imagination. The majority of the disabled going to the DIY centre may have problems getting about but still can use their hands and arms. So are perfectly able to do woodwork. A lot of DIY stores have garden sections; many disabled people also enjoy and can garden too.

You need to realise that just because someone has a disability it doesn't necessarily follow that they are helpless.
